    Description
    Embark on a rewarding journey as a General (Branch) Manager in our Road Freight product based in Bradford.

    Experienced in running international road freight operations (including groupage, full and part trailer loads) you will be a proven leader who can lead and manage teams to create a well-organised, cost-effective, safe and secure environment.


    Salary:

    Managing operational and admin teams, covering recruitment, development, and performance.
    Ensure the branch aligns with financial, quality, and workforce plans.
    Establish and achieve KPI's and performance targets.
    Provide sales support in managing customer service expectations and opening new accounts.
    P&L management.
    Extensive knowledge and experience of international road transport operations (both managing own assets and sub-contractors) across UK and Europe, including Ireland (groupage and FTL/LTL)
    Management experience in a fast-moving distribution environment with budgetary controls and KPI management
    High level of commercial aptitude.
    Excellent written, verbal, and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
    Flexible and proactive approach.
    Capable of building relationships at all levels.
