Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop IT infrastructure and services
- Maintain appropriate documentation to support IT service business process
- Delivering support to all users, across all departments and all locations of the trust
- Provide staff training on the use of key software
Essential Experience:
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of IP Networking and troubleshooting
- Knowledge on PC maintenance and support
- Experience with IM&T security principles
- Experience in IT networking environment
