Key Duties:

Effective troubleshooting and delivery of level 1/2/3 Application Support for incidents for a diverse range of in house and 3rd party developed software.
Contribute to high levels of service ensuring constant communication with customers
Ensure incidents are fully updated in Service Now in a timely manner while documenting work carried out and next steps with clear and concise details of actions taken.
Take proactive measures where possible to improve our support offering
Contribute to process review workshops helping shape and improve current ways of working
Creation and updating of Knowledge Base Articles (KBA's) whilst contributing to the development of an effective Knowledge Base Solution
Use configuration tools built into the software to potentially resolve issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

About you:

To be an ICT Support Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £18,000. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications
