Description
Key Duties:
- Effective troubleshooting and delivery of level 1/2/3 Application Support for incidents for a diverse range of in house and 3rd party developed software.
- Contribute to high levels of service ensuring constant communication with customers
- Ensure incidents are fully updated in Service Now in a timely manner while documenting work carried out and next steps with clear and concise details of actions taken.
- Take proactive measures where possible to improve our support offering
- Contribute to process review workshops helping shape and improve current ways of working
- Creation and updating of Knowledge Base Articles (KBA's) whilst contributing to the development of an effective Knowledge Base Solution
- Use configuration tools built into the software to potentially resolve issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
About you:
To be an ICT Support Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications
