Recruit Social are looking to hire exceptional Early Years Educators to join our client's beautiful Hygge accredited nursery setting based in Edgbaston.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for all children. We like our staff to build a positive working relationship with the children, staff and parents alike.

*Minimum SVQ Level 3 (Early Years Practitioners)

*Minimum 2 years childcare experience*- Children's development needs and individual learning styles

  • The importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development
  • The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
