Are you looking for that next step in your care career in Nottingham?We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a provider that is growing, there will be an opportunity to develop your career and work in a supportive environment with an established manager Skills and Experience for the role of Deputy Manager:

• RGN / RMN with valid NMC PIN
• Experience in a Deputy Manager position within a Nursing Home environment.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge

Exceptional people management, communication skills and a passion for careThe role of Deputy Manager:

• You will be involved in continuous assessments to plan and evaluate the needs of the residents, at the same time as coaching your team members and role modelling best practice.
• Your day will be varied, including; recruitment, ensuring safe staffing levels, making sure your Home meets legislative and regulatory requirements and undertaking ongoing care assessments.
• You will work a mix of clinical and supernumerary shifts across the week (2 x supernumerary and 2 X nursing shifts)
