    Do you believe that every child deserves the very best education? Are you creative, enthusiastic, energetic and a committed team player? We are seekingan outstanding Assistant Headteacher (Relationships and Behaviour) to join our team to inspire and engage our pupils.

    We are a comprehensive school situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park on the northwest side of Sheffield, we have both a higher-than-average number of high prior attaining students coupled with a growing number of students with additional needs.

    The school is a Member of Tapton School Academy Trust. The Trust have a shared vision to 'realise the life chances and dreams of every child'.

    Membership provides a range of opportunities for collaborative working and continuing professional development with a network of secondary and primary schools within the locality.

    We are seeking a leader who will help us drive forward our vision for Relationships and Behaviour, who can lead our behavioural culture to the next level.

    To lead on behaviour systems and strategy in the school

    You will be working closely with the Headteacher to develop an outstanding behaviour and safeguarding culture system in school.

    Demonstrate and deliver excellent leadership and teaching in any subject area.
