- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to optimize team performance.
- Experience as Business Analyst in Financial Service Industry/Banking Industry
- Strong experience in requirements engineering. Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban and scrim as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with Java
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
- Solid business analysis skills to elicit and document requirement
- Solid communication skills to liaise with the business stakeholder and the technical team
- Clear understanding of software development cycle You are:
