• Responsible for the day to day running and operation of the restaurant
• Leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer Restaurant opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 - 22:30, Sunday - Monday 12:00 - 21:30 Our ideal candidate would
• Have a minimum of 2 years at General Manager level within a high quality restaurant
• Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
• Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
• Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills
