Description

Communicate are partnering with a listed PLC Real Estate client based in Central London who are looking to bring on an additional contractor into their UK Finance Team.


This role will report into the Financial Contractor and will hold responsibility for quarterly reporting, monthly reporting, year-end and audit liaison.


You will be:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or hold an international equivalent,
  • Confident with the preparation of financial statements and has done a consolidations process previously,
  • Conversant with balance sheet reconciliations, posting journals and updating the ledger,
  • Previous experience in a listed business is preferable, given the yearend responsibilities within the role,
This is an immediate start, 6 month role and will be working on a hybrid model.
