    The Role

    We are looking for a Business Administrator to provide an efficient, high-quality coordination and support to the company's day-to-day functions.

    Responsibilities Overview

    1. Sales Administration
      • Support processing new contracts and sales
      • Maintain centralised database of client contracts
      • Maintain client records related to invoicing and bill payments
      • Onboarding of new clients
      • Completing Recycleye's due diligence obligations
    2. Accounts Receivable
      • Prepare, send and store client invoices
      • Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Project Management) to ensure billing accuracy
      • Co-ordinate with clients to ensure the timely payment of invoices
      • Be the point of contact for all billing related queries, internally and externally
      • Report monthly on accounts receivable status
    3. Financial Administration
      • Support in financial reconciliation to identify and address discrepancies in our accounts and other ad-hoc support
    4. Wider business administration
      • Being the key point of contact for business enquires: answering the central number / monitoring our general and billing inboxes
      • Maintaining our insurance cover, updating and renewing as necessary as we grow
      • Overseeing our rent and utilities obligations (including Business Rates, Waste Collection)
      • General office administration duties
      • Managing hotel and travel bookings for conferences and events

    Requirements

    · Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets for billing)

    · Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

    · Detail-oriented

    · Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

    · Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    · Good organizational and time-management abilities

    · Previous experience in an Office Management of Business Administration Role
