    CHASE is recruiting for a Therapy Development Specialist on behalf of a rapidly expanding international medical technology company that's committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people in the UK every day.

    They are a major player in the medical device market, across the UK and Europe and the United States. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their successful UK team.

    The product portfolio, which includes innovative medical devices for End Stage Kidney and Peripheral Vascular Disease, is seen to be raising the standard in the industry and has a number of major influential advocates already on board. The company are also preparing for a significant growth over the next few years that will add genuine value to the UK business unit.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of their disease areas in conjunction with their products and their indications across Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Nephrologists, Vascular nurses and Dialysis nurses in order to fully support and develop the UK business.

    The role is essential in creating a comprehensive awareness and environment with each customer on the value and role of the ESKD/PVD. You'll create, restore and maintain their portfolio so that each patient can benefit from the technologies available to them.

    The ideal candidate will be a clinical professional with clinical experience in these therapy areas and a keen interest in making a move into industry. In this role you will manage the territory as a 'business within a business' working closely alongside a team of Account Managers across the UK. Given that it's a National role with extensive travel, you will need to demonstrate a flexible approach.
