Description

We are looking for an individual who cares, we look for kind, compassionate individuals with excellent people skills.

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to assist with our social media, helping us to increase our customer base by promoting the excellent work our carers do.

You will work together with our team focusing on social media campaigns and digital marketing.


You will first train with our carers giving you an understanding of our work and our customers before working alongside members of the management team and learning how the rest of the business works.


You will go out with carers into the field to collect images and testimonials and use this to produce content for our social media and help to develop marketing campaigns to increase business and attract new recruits.


No two days are the same in care and you will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of individuals including our Care Managers, content writer, marketing consultant, Trainers, carers and of course our lovely customers.

Entry requirements

Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics

Training to be provided


Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.

These block weeks will take place on TDM's Virtual Learning Platform.


You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.

This is a Level 3 qualification.

KM1 Principles of Coding

KM2 Marketing Principles

KM3 Digital Marketing Business Principles

This will be a predominantly office-based role with a need to collect content in the field with customers and other staff members.
