Description

• Produce, report, and review complex performance and attribution data with precision and within deadlines.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on performance, attribution, benchmark, and statistical data.
• Design and implement new performance, attribution, benchmark, and statistical calculations in line with best practices.
• Analyse and define business issues, opportunities, and enhancements.
• Implement solutions to improve reporting processes and technology.
• Lead moderate to complex projects including development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  
  Personal Attributes / Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • 5 or more years of demonstrated technical or industry knowledge.
  • CIPM or CFA certification, or Graduate Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with performance and attribution systems like Factset PA, Bloomberg PORT.
  • Deep understanding of various fixed-income attribution models and sources of return.
