- Produce, report, and review complex performance and attribution data with precision and within deadlines.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on performance, attribution, benchmark, and statistical data.
- Design and implement new performance, attribution, benchmark, and statistical calculations in line with best practices.
- Analyse and define business issues, opportunities, and enhancements.
- Implement solutions to improve reporting processes and technology.
- Lead moderate to complex projects including development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Personal Attributes / Skills / Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- 5 or more years of demonstrated technical or industry knowledge.
- CIPM or CFA certification, or Graduate Degree in Business or Finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with performance and attribution systems like Factset PA, Bloomberg PORT.
- Deep understanding of various fixed-income attribution models and sources of return.
