THE BRIEF...

Alderson James are delighted to be working closely with an education charity that exists to make sure that all children, regardless of their background, have access to a great education and real choices in life.

Nearing a total of 1200 employees in the UK, my client has since grown from one school into a network of 39 schools in the UK - and is now recognised as one of the highest achieving academy groups in the country.

This is a specialist role looking after UK Tax, Teacher pensions schemes, Government pension schemes, assessing and mitigating risks associated with reward and governance matters and finally provide support across payroll and people processes.

This person will report directly into the Head of HR Operations.

THE AJ OPINION...

This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience in People Ops who would like to learn more about governance frameworks and compliance.

It would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has knowledge of Teacher Pension Schemes and UK Government Pension Schemes.

THE LOGISTICS...

The office is in West London that's within a 10 minutes' walk from Westfields shopping centre.

The expectation would be 2 days in the office (Monday and Wednesday) and 3 days from home.
