Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer, who specialises in ASD or PMLD to join our dedicated and welcoming team.

You will ensure lessons are exciting and well differentiated to meet the needs of individuals and groups promoting progression, continuity and quality of learning by having clear intentions for our students learning.

These learning intentions will promote students' independence and prepare them for adulthood. You will monitor, evaluate and report on the quality of teaching and learning and classroom management standards. You will line manage a team of Learning Support Assistants. You will Safeguard and promote the welfare of all students


You will have or be working towards a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent, and recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs.
