Description
An infrastructure company based close to Green Park station is seeking an
Interim Part-time Office Manager on and on-going basis.
Duties will include the following:
- Arrange and Manage Monthly Office Meetings to ensure office standards are adhered to and expectations set.
- Liaise with Building Management and manage communications to all office users in terms of any maintenance. Including dealing with external vendors.
- Have overall H&S responsibility for the office(First Aid, Fire Warden etc).
- Managing diaries
- Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office
- Support all office users in regard to IT, liaising with the IT company to raise and log tickets.
- Work with HR Administrator and Line Managers to ensure new starters are set up for inductions, including the setup of desks and equipment.
- Support staff in arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, ordering catering
- Be the point of contact for postal orders & deliveries.
- Any other admin support for the wider team including expenses, client gifting, etc
