We are seeking an experienced General Foreman on behalf of our client, a leading Civil Engineering Contractor.

managing and supervising construction activities at a specific project/site, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Our client operates across a wide range of projects within the Infrastructure, Energy, and Utilities sectors, and they are currently expanding their team.

They seek a General Foreman to join them on a permanent basis in the Northwest of Scotland.

Manage all site operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout.
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Demonstrate proficiency in pipeline operations, with marine experience being advantageous.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality procedures rigorously.
Ensure projects are completed within designated timelines and budgetary constraints.
Foster a culture of safety among on-site staff, subcontractors, and management.

Experience in renewable energy projects is advantageous.
Marine experience is advantageous.
Strong commitment to implementing health, safety, and quality standards.
Previous employment with a civil engineering contractor is preferred.
Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Passionate about cultivating a safe working environment on all projects.
Possession of a full UK driver's licence.
