- Proven experience as a Talent Coordinator or in a similar busy administrative role
- Experience with conducting candidate screening
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview trackers and HR databases
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Financial Services sector experience is an advantage
- Able to work onsite with our client in the city of London
- Have the right to work and live in the UK

3 Month Fixed Term Contract
City of London - Office based
We're on the hunt for a Talent Coordinator to join us on an initial 3 month FTC and support our FinTech clients ambitious growth plans for the remainder of 2024. You'll be working with our current project team to deliver amazing candidate and hiring manager support under the direction of a Senior Talent Partner and a Client Success Manager. Your technical expertise, professionalism, dedication, 'can do' attitude and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver will be what makes you successful in this role.
