Integrating online and offline data sources, in the aims of unifying customer behaviour and journey mapping.
Monitoring website performance and, traffic sources, conversion rates and user engagement.
Contribute insights and recommendations to improve user experience and measure success.
Reportin and analysing website analytics, user experience and conversion rate principles.
