You will be responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating the evidence-based, highly structured, employment service. This includes ensuring that performance targets are met. The ability to network in the local community and build strong relationships is essential.

You will be working directly with all relevant stakeholders:
the service user, locality team staff, primary care staff, consultant psychiatrists, employers and partner agencies.

You will have significant experience of working with mental health service users.

You will have experience of supervising or coaching staff as you will be required to support, monitor and manage the performance of the Employment Specialists, guiding them individually in best practice and aiming to achieve individual and team job outcome targets.

You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to ensuring that mental health service users who wish to work have access to high quality employment support.
