    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



    Complete the Planned Maintenance inspections and condition reports in line with the site maintenance plan.
    Optimise and adjust equipment whilst it is running in production.
    Set new lines according to the job bag to produce high quality products.
    Identify opportunities for improvement.
    Fault finding on all types of Machinery.
    Support others in the department in relation to Health and Safety.
    Work with the Engineering and production team to develop ideas and implement into production.
    Plan and deliver corrective and reactive work, keeping production downtime to a minimum.
    Get hands-on with engineering R&D projects and play a part in new installations or refurbishments.

    EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
    Electrical and Mechanical engineering qualification.
    Experienced within a similar process, production, or manufacturing environment.
    Good fitting skills.
    Able to understand engineering drawings.
    Experience working as part of an engineering team.
    Experience working on 3-phase motors, drives and inverters.
    Fault finding skills.
    Logical problem solving.
    Knowledge of Programming PLCs

    Desirable but not essential Skills:
    Knowledge of 3D design software.
    Knowledge of 3D printing

    Working hours for the role are 05:4- 14:15 or 13:4- 22:15 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

    23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
