- Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA
- Experienced finance change professional with a good understanding of key finance processes, accounting standards & data platforms
- Finance transformation experience (incl implementation of new processes, WoW, systems and tools)
- Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills across various levels & stakeholders
- Identification of risks and issues to the Planning and Performance Management team as well as Finance & Strategy LT; working with Programme on mitigations to reduce or remove risks and issues
- Strong Finance project management experience The other stuff we are looking for
- Knowledge to shape vision, roadmaps & plans on finance transformation workstreams within the Planning and Performance Management programme, both from a Project and adoption perspective
- Communication with Finance & Strategy subject matter experts to define and produce viable solutions & ensuring they are contributing to workstream plans at the appropriate points
- Decision making on model build, lead through detailed UAT and subsequent feedback
- Anaplan experience is desirable to support underlying data transformation programmes

Description
We are searching for an experienced finance change professional to support the Planning and Performance Management Programme which will create a best-in-class driver-based planning models using Anaplan.
This exciting and high-profile role will be responsible for converting our Technology strategic goals into actionable plans & outputs alongside Network and Network Expansion Finance Subject Matter Experts. This will be delivered by leading a cross-functional squad of technical model building resource, whilst also focusing on change management and adoption across the wider Finance team. This presents a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and the wider business, whilst also driving Finance Transformation at pace.
This role ensures that the programme delivers robust planning assumptions, in line with our strategic goals, to produce accurate rolling monthly P&L forecasting. The role will also support on driving forward data pre-requisites to make the tooling a success.
