We are looking for multiple Registered Nurses to join our friendly Terling Ward, caring for patients with respiratory conditions, on a permanent full-time basis at Broomfield Hospital

You will report primarily to the Senior Sister, Junior Sisters and work closely with the Health Care Assistants to promote, develop and maintain a culture within the Ward/Department in collaboration with the Charge Nurse which challenges and questions practice and promotes the quality of thinking amongst practitioners.

The role includes acting as a Practice Supervisor/Assessor ensuring that staff and students receive effective and documented induction, coaching, development and support.

Main duties of the job Providing direct patient care: assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patients' conditions. Providing a high standard of individualised care to patients, whilst maintaining at all times their privacy and dignity
