Role Overview:

As a Financial Advisor with our client, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to support and enhance the success of property development ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role within the real estate or property development sector.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and risk management techniques.
Recognised certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively.
