- Provide exceptional support to students with a variety of learning difficulties
- Facilitate effective learning experiences, both indoor and outdoor
- Work closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback as needed.
- Experience in dealing with special educational needs (SEN) students
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong ability to work as part of a team
- A passion for outdoor activities.
