Job Description

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide exceptional support to students with a variety of learning difficulties
• Facilitate effective learning experiences, both indoor and outdoor
• Work closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress, providing feedback as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in dealing with special educational needs (SEN) students
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong ability to work as part of a team
• A passion for outdoor activities.
