    Role: Power BI Developer

    Location: London

    Working Model: Hybrid. 2-3 days in the office

    What you'll be doing

    • Plan, design and implement effective dashboards and visualisations to enhance and transform the business' use of data.
    • Analyse data models and datasets to draw meaningful and actionable insights to drive informed decision making.
    • Capture, translate and document business and technical requirements to produce relevant data models and business intelligence solutions.
    • Validate & profile data, perform ad-hoc data analysis and fulfil client data requests by crafting SQL queries.
    • Proactively identify and capitalising on opportunities for the business to use data to improve processes and gain a competitive edge.
    • Manage the relationship with technical and non-technical stakeholders and end-users.
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of data & business intelligence initiatives

    Other requirements

    • Solid experience with MS Power BI & DAX.
    • Solid experience in SQL for querying, analysis, and optimisation.
    • Experience using Microsoft Development (Visual Studio) tools to develop and manage database & BI projects.
    • Understanding of best practices to deliver compelling data visualisations & reports.
    • Understanding of industry-standard data warehousing modelling techniques eg. Kimball, Snowflake etc.
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate technical and complex information into simple and accessible concepts and language.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of successfully juggling multiple, competing priorities.
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, driven and a desire to learn
    • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
