    Job summary

    We are seeking an ambitiousand highly motivated individual for our new Business Manager post. 360 Assurance operates as a business with the support of Leicestershire Partnership Trust as its hosttrust. The role of Business Manager works closely withthe nominated BusinessOperations and FinanceManagerto manage the delivery of required business supportfunctions. The post holder will berequired to:

  • Deliver a portfolio of support functions;
  • Liaise closely with relevant LPT departments, clients and externalstakeholders;
  • Co-ordinate with the 360 Assurance BusinessOperations and FinanceManager; and
  • Line manage the 360 Assurance Office Manager.

    Main duties of the job

    The successful post holder will provide business management support and have responsibility for the co-ordination and delivery of the teams core business, ensuring focus on quality and delivery at all times.

    The post holder will draw on abroad set of administrational skills with exceptional organisation. They will develop and manage the delivery of 360s businessadministration to meet internal and external deadlines.

    The post holder will ensurethat business processes and ways of working are robust and effective, beingalert for any scope for improvement. Tomake recommendations as appropriate for changes that will enhance the businessmanagement function, including changes to policies and procedures, innovationin working practices, and exploiting technology to support the business.

    The post requires someone who isdynamic and adaptive, able to prioritise tasks and workload. To providecomprehensive administrative support to the business to achieve an effectiveand efficient service provision.

  • 1. Degree level in business administration or management or equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
  • 2. Experience of providing effective administrative and business management support in a complex organisation.
  • 3. Advanced Microsoft / IT qualifications and experience
