Kiwi Recruitment is working in partnership with one of England's most famous private estates and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team.

Opportunities like this do not happen very often as we have the chance to work on a world-class country estate.

The role is for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead, develop and deliver an exceptional and quintessentially British dining experience.

You will beresponsible for the day-to-day food operation of the main house, ensuring its clients' expectations are blown away.

Working with the Estate's Executive Chef & Head Chef and management team, you will help create menus for up to 1,000 guests at banquets to smaller private parties, bespoke weddings and afternoon teas, using the very best locally sourced organic produce,including award winning meats and cheese fresh from the Goodwood Estate itself.

Requirements:

Experience in similar highvolume events
Genuine passion for creating a worldclass dining experience
Outstanding culinary skills
Fantastic ability to communicate with the rest of the team
High attention to detail

This stunning privately owned estate offers multiple dining experiences, with much of the produce home grown or with in a 10-mile radius.

Working with other creative minds to create maximum client satisfaction and where no two days are the same.

Benefits:
