**Fixed term contract 31 March 2025 | £35,411 to £37,261 per annum (Scale J) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Project Officer to join our Adult Social Services Specialist Housing Team.

Playing a key role in the development of new Independent and Supported Living housing schemes in Norfolk, the role will support the programme to deliver new developments and ensure they become vibrant communities for people who want to keep living as independently as possible in their communities.

This will include:

Proactively managing the key programme Board and reporting functions, supporting project and programme managers in timely agendas, reports, and action monitoring
Maintaining project documentation, making sure information is on brand and compliant with agreed policies and standards, including creating and monitoring project plans
Identifying process improvement opportunities that help people's journey into specialist housing be a positive experience
Identifying and highlighting projectrelated risks and issues to minimise impact
Leading on specific engagement and promotion projects within the programme
Supporting effective and timely project communications for internal and external stakeholders, including Councillors Supporting face to face engagement with NCC staff, residents and housing partners including feedback groups, workshops, and awareness sessions

The role will report into the Specialist Housing Project Manager for Process, Engagement and Promotion.
