Are you a 5-8-year PQE Housing Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Firm?
Our client is in search of a robust Associate Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with excellent attention to detail.
The role entails both independent work and collaboration with the team and will require a flexible approach to work and time.
The Firms Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Housing department boasts over 30 years exposure in servicing social hosing providers and private landlords.
Staffed by a team of legal professionals who are experts in their chosen fields, the firm prides itself on providing jargon-free advice in clear and concise language and as a result, has developed a loyal and growing client base as well as numerous accreditations.
Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.Participation in marketing and networking activities
Manging support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
