We are seeking a Group Learning Content & Systems Specialist to join our team in Sutton, London on an initial 12 month contract.
- As we expand and develop our learning portfolio, we're looking for a new team member to join us in our Group Learning and Development Team. The position of Group Learning Content and System Specialist will report to the Group Learning and Development Manager and support the team to drive the future of Learning within our business._
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop our eLearning content
- Drive the governance of the learning content within the LMS
- Support the Group System Lead to set up and administer the HR campaigns (performance, career development) within the LMS (cornerstone)
- Build relationships with the HRBP's globally, ensuring that learning is embedded and supported in the right way
- Support the business to use the authoring tool to selfdesign content
- Work with functional leads to discuss best learning approaches for eLearning content
- Drive the design and delivery of our mandatory content approach across the group
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in using eLearning design tools
- Super Admin experience in Cornerstone
- Understanding of a matrix organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to senior level
- Has worked in a global Learning and Development function that delivers blended solutions
- A passion for professional development in the learning field
