We're expanding our team in Belfast and are searching for a dedicated Group Financial Accountant. This role offers a chance to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


    The Role:
    As a Group Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in enhancing our financial processes and reporting


    Key responsibilities include:
    Managing profit and loss, balance sheet reporting, and KPI analysis.
    Overseeing key financial reconciliations (e.g., prepayments, accruals, fixed assets).Conducting VAT and PAYE returns and managing banking and treasury functions.
    Leading debtor reporting and implementing new expense processes.
    Supporting budgeting, statutory audits, and ad-hoc project management.
    Collaborating closely with finance teams across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.


    Who We're Looking For:

    Qualifications:
    Part-qualified or fully qualified in accounting, or equivalent practical experience

    Experience:
    At least 3 years in a financial accounting role, with a demonstrated ability to manage detailed reports and analytics

    Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with financial systems and software.


    Attributes:
    Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive in process improvement, and excellent at both verbal and non-verbal communication

    Desirable:
    Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
