- 5+ years of experience practising law, focusing on corporate, commercial, or regulatory matters in the space/satellite industry. Additional finance experience, particularly debt-related transactions, would be a plus.
- Deep understanding of legal principles, including relevant international treaties, regulatory frameworks, and licensing requirements.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, with strong attention to detail and risk management.
