Our client, international and well-established Investment Bank with a strong focus on infrastructure and energy sectors is looking for M&A Senior Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate level professionals to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential M&A transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
2. Due Diligence: Lead and participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions.
3. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
4. Deal Execution: Support the end-to-end deal execution process, working closely with senior team members to facilitate successful transactions. Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and financial advisors to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in investment banking, M&A, or financial advisory roles, with a focus on infrastructure and energy industries.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
