    JOB: CARE HOME MANAGER



    LOCATION: HOVE



    SALARY: £40,000 PLUS BONUS



    Real Recruitment Solutions has been appointed to exclusively recruit a Care Home Manager for a small home in Hove.

    Reporting directly to the owner as Care Home Manager you will be:
    • entrusted with a high level of decision-making responsibility
    • given whatever backing you might need to fulfil the home's objectives
    • afforded an opportunity to put your own stamp on the operation and really make a mark

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CARE HOME MANAGER:


    As well as taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, you will be tasked with achieving various business objectives, including:
    • motivating staff and building a happy team
    • controlling staff turnover
    • effective budget management

    QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

    • level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
    • previous experience in Registered Manager role required

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:


    We are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of:
    • successful care home management
    • high quality care provision
    • achieving consistently good CQC ratings
    • effective staff management
    • budgetary management and control
