Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic member of the team to complete financial assessments on behalf of Children's Services. You should have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be skilled in using IT Software.

This role requires experience of dealing with customers in a sensitive and empathetic manner through a range of communication methods as well as you being meticulous and accurate in your work.

This role includes working with parents, carers and practitioners to undertake means testing for allowances to support adoption and special guardianship order placements in accordance with national and local charging regulations and policies.

Hours are generally core office hours, working pattern to be determined. However, we work on a flexible basis and some evening and weekend work may be required.

A flexible attitude and commitment to working as a positive member of the team is required.
