    About the role

    As a Paid Social Manager at Pixated, you'll be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns on various platforms such as Meta, Linkedin, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll be managing the client budget to ensure the campaigns are meeting performance goals.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Basic and advanced implementation of campaigns across various social media platforms;
    • Audit accounts to review performance, technical issues, tracking and conversions;
    • Measurement expertise to identify poor implementations as well as new opportunities;
    • Ensure the audits and performance analysis are utilised to drive the agreed strategy for clients;
    • Managing client relationship as well as working closely with the internal paid social team;
    • Produce a paid social strategy based on client needs and KPIs;
    • Lead on researching potential, competitor analysis and adopting a robust test and learn approach;
    • Be able to build out logical and audience focused media plan;
    • Produce client facing reports/content and be able to present and manage client calls;
    • Collaborate with other media channels such as paid search and affiliate marketing;
    • Be able to install pixels/CAPI for paid social platforms;
    • Understand creative strategy and managing the process of briefing, iterations and implementation with the client;
    • Budget management for all paid social clients;
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and all relevant tools for paid social;
    • Provide training to execs in the team;
    • Work closely with the head of department to improve the QA of all paid social activity and the growth/profitability of this channel.

    Platform knowledge

    • Meta ads (required);
    • LinkedIn ads (desired);
    • TikTok ads (desired).

    Who are we looking for

    • Minimum 3 years of experience within a Meta ads or account management role;
    • Excellent communicator;
    • Good eye for creatives/assets;
    • Dynamic approach to challenges;
    • Creative thinker;
    • Willingness to learn new skill-sets;
    • Excited by a fast-moving agency landscape.

    • £30,000 to £40,000 based on experience;
