Fawkes & Reece are working with an ambitious family run main contractor who have a strong pipeline of work across high quality residential, commercial and student accommodation projects across London.

This Assistant Contracts Manager will s[plit their time between working in the head office in Watford and going out on Site to visit the various projects.

It would be beneficial for this Contracts Manager to have some Site experience or SMSTS or equivalent qualification and possibly some JCT contract knowledge.
