    They are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to be based in their London office, St James's. This an office-based position with some flexibility to work from home allowed. The role requires a team player who is comfortable being in the office more than working from home. The successful candidate will support a Partner, Senior Vice President, Vice President and two Associates.

    This position requires that you are highly organised, are not easily overwhelmed, and not above helping with any task outside of the responsibilities below. It requires an individual who is resourceful and can take initiative in the absence of specific direction; has a positive and pleasant attitude with a general willingness and desire to help others. The capability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Coordinate and manage several complex calendars (personal and professional).
    • Communicate with several parties and utilise judgment in the allocation of meeting logistics.
    • Handle confidential matters with absolute trustworthiness.
    • Ensure interactions and transactions are ethical and convey integrity.
    • Process expenses through the firm's expense report system.
    • Assist in planning and arranging extensive professional travel.
    • Provide backup for Office Manager/Executive Assistant when needed.
    • Openness to a variety of tasks and pitching in to accomplish any task dealt.
    • Anticipate and interpret the needs of management without much direction.
    • Screen telephone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries.
    • Run ad hoc errands.
    • Assist in keeping the office organised.
    • Assist with office events.
    • Coordinate external and internal meetings.
    • Be accessible outside of normal business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm GMT).

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Private Equity experience is essential
    • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
    • Proven ability to set a standard of performance excellence for self, assumes responsibility and accountability for assignments or tasks, goes beyond what is expected.
    • Superb tolerance for high-stress/high-pressure situations; maintains composure when faced with difficult/demanding situations and/or personalities and shifts in priorities and/or tasks.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent grasp of grammar; actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills.
    • Exceptional sense of urgency and attention to detail.
    • High degree of collaboration with all levels in the organisation.
