    ~ Remote Based with UK Travel (up to 50% of time)

    ~ As a National Customer Success Consultant specialising in electronic rostering solutions for our healthcare clients, your primary role is to guide clients through the pre and post implementation phases of our Workforce Solutions. Your goal is to help clients optimise their savings and operational efficiencies effectively.

    Collaborate with the National Client Services team to implement and deliver workforce solutions for our client base.
    Advise and support clients in maximizing savings and operational efficiencies.
    Cultivate strong internal and external customer relationships.
    Maintain accurate and timely data recording and management.
    Analyse data to generate reports for client presentations.
    Ensure compliance with data security regulations and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

    Minimum 2 years of experience working with or implementing eRostering/Rota solutions within the NHS.
    Demonstrable experience within a relevant environment desirable (recruitment, onsite HR/recruitment, training)

    Proficiency in using computer applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
    Influence senior stakeholders effectively.
