My client, a leading Water Utilities company, is undergoing significant business transformation spanning all areas of the organisation and as such the environment is fluid, challenging yet hugely rewarding.

The Senior Project Manager works with the Operations Service Centre and Transformation Directorateleading change programmes that impact the function. This is a critical role supporting the delivery of the Operations Transformation Portfolio and the Companyturnaround plan. This is an 6 month position to cover maternity leave. In this time the business is set to introduce a new work management system into its water networks business.

This role will support the landing of that new system and also manage a portfolioof transformation initiatives which delivers significant financial and service benefit to the Planning side of the Water Networks Repair and Maintenance structure.

The role holder will be able to work with senior stakeholders in the business, ensuring critical business outcomes are well defined, sponsors and stakeholders are engaged and strong governance is in place to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes.

Self-motivation, drive and pragmatism are critical, as is a proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects and programmes, ideally within the Utilities industry.

Hybrid working, 2 days a week in Reading.
