As an M&E Supervisor working on National Substation Framework contracts, your role will involve supervising site activities and assisting the site manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Manage and develop the site-based team, ensuring safe and efficient activities.
• Complete and issue safety documents, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Performance manage the site team to maintain standards and meet quality requirements.
• Advise on installation programs to enhance commercial benefits.
• Coordinate materials according to National Grid policies.

• SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification.
• Authorized as a National Grid Competent Person.
• Minimum of CSCS/CPCS/ECITB Supervisor Safety Passport/Card.
• Desirable: City and Guilds/NVQ III qualification in Electrical Engineering, CPCS/NPORS Lift Supervisor, Temporary Works Supervisor, First Aid.
• Must be able to undertake a DBS check

• At least five years in Electricity Transmission or Distribution industries.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand drawings
