Job Description:
We are currently seeking a SC Clearedc Support Engineer to join our team based in Edinburgh. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing desktop support to on-site users as well as remote support to users located in London, Leeds, and home locations.
The role involves supporting mainly HP kit, peripherals such as docking stations, keyboards & mice, iPhones, and Samsung phones in a Windows 10/11 environment. Additional responsibilities include software installation and configuration, cabling and patching, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of video conferencing and telephony support is preferred but not essential.
