Position for a Site Operations Director to oversee a COMAH plant and work with global counterparts in developing strategy & overall business objectives.

This is a fully autonomous role for a site with circa 180 employees with oversight of everything apart from sales & commercial.

An ideal applicant will have strong operations / plant management experience, a chemical manufacturing or COMAH / ATEX background, and excellent leadership capabilities.

The company are a specialist in their respective field with a presence in 4 continents and 5,000+ employee worldwide.

In this role you oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility (Manufacturing, CAPEX, Engineering, Sustainability, HR etc.) 130,000 – 150,000 + Car + Private Medical + Relocation + Progression
Full autonomy overseeing manufacturing plant (Circa 180 people)
Full relocation package offered (on–site 4 days per week)
COMAH / Chemical / Pharma or similar background
