- Input, amend, search and retrieve information on the various spreadsheets containing Language Services Financial Data and Management Information.
- Receive and respond to enquiries, queries and requests for information relative to the activities within the role.
- Support the National Police Contract manager by providing efficient and effective administrative support in a confidential environment.
- Experience in general administration and customer service.
- Ability to manage work calendars, create and arrange meetings with staff from across UK Policing, Government and Approved Suppliers.
- Ability to take notes in meetings and prepare Minutes/Action Points for circulation.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

The Support Services Department are looking to recruit a part time Admin Support Assistant working 15 hours per week for 6 months based at Leicestershire Force Headquarters.
