    Description
    FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

    This is a contract position for approx. 6 months with the potential for extensions, working full time hours with Hybrid working available.

    This is an entry-level role, working within our client's Treasury team.


    Main duties include:

    • Processing employee personal expense claims
    • Processing company cred card expenses
    • Dealing with expense and credit card queries
    • Assist with the payment of employee expenses
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
    Suitable candidates should have the following:


    • Analytical, organised, with good attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
    • Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Navision, and Workday (Desirable)
    • Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
