Description
Our client a successful organisation based in Loughborough are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Advisor on a Part Time basis hours per week, flexi on days and times)


Responsible for:

  • Inputting wages details on to Sage payroll
  • Processing weekly/monthly/four weekly and fortnightly payrolls
  • Dealing with SMP, SSP and other statutory payments
  • Dealing with CIS EPS submissions
  • Auto enrolment pension assessments
  • Producing wage reports and payslips
  • Dealing with RTI submissions
  • Updating tax codes, Inputting leavers and new starters
  • Dealing with pension uploads on to NEST, Aviva, NOW, People's & Royal London
  • Dealing with the payroll year ends and producing P60's

The person:

  • Relevant experience in a small finance and/or payroll team
  • Sound knowledge and experience of payroll legislation
  • Previous responsibility for running inhouse payroll
  • Experience using SAGE Payroll desirable
  • Payroll Bureau or Accountacy Practice experience

The package:

  • Up to £30,000 Pro Rata
  • Part Time hours per week
  • Holidays stat (increases with service)
  • Pension
