OxSource is partnered with an Oxford-based technology company in a search for a Head of Product. The company is well-established across multiple verticals and leads globally in many areas. Although established they continue to innovate and you will be a driving force behind this.

Role Profile

Leading the Product Management function in the business, line managing a team of Product Managers. You will be tasked with assessing the current product function in the business and implementing improvements to ensure continued success in product delivery

About You

• An experienced Head of Product, including being a leader of product managers
• A broad understanding of various product management processes and ability to define positives and negatives to these approaches
• Experience in technology business that have mixed hardware and software aspects
• Commercially minded with an understanding of marketing, finance and profitability
• A background working with innovative businesses with a track record in new product development

Salary: £90,000 plus 2 bonus streams
