    About the job:
    Your role will be to lead the Europe Region L&D function while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategic direction and industry's requirements


    Responsibilities:
    Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Europe RegionHandle the training and professional development of company employees.
    Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.

    Keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.

    Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
    Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.
    Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
    Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
    Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
    Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

    Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainingsRequirement:


    • Previous experience in learning and Development area at least 5 years.
    • Higher education in HR or related areas;
    • Mandatory to have previous experience in hospitality and with training and knowledge in food and beverage operations.
    • Fluent English
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized;
    • Able to handle multitasking projects and working under pressure;
    • Advanced excel knowledge;
