    Role Summary / Purpose and Scope This role is responsible for all aspects of management within Windsor Yards & Windsor Royal Station to ensure the efficient and accurate management of the site, team and the staff contracted to it.

    High levels of customer service and operational knowledge required, with excellent management of site staff, contractors, security, maintenance and cleaners as well as 3rd party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.

    Health, Safety and Environmental Management - ensuring all legal requirements are met, advising the client and occupiers as appropriate.

    Provide knowledge of the site's performance in client meetings
    Ensure effective collaboration with all key stakeholders, including local authority, BID representatives and Town Centre Manager.
    Provide the highest level of service standards to client and site tenants.

    With support from the Operations Manager conduct quarterly inspections of tenanted areas with specifically to ensure the tenants' repairing and maintenance obligations areadhered to.

    Work closely with the site surveyor and central support functions to ensure client strategy is executed
    Overseeing the end to end process with support from the Operations Manager.
    Monitor contractor/supplier performance and review RAMS and issue Permits to Work as appropriate. This includes but not limited to security, cleaning, M&E, fabric maintenance, utilities and seasonal decorations etc

    Work closely with the appointed building surveyors re the implementation and management of PPM works in accordance with the 5/10 year PPM Report.

    To manage the implementation and management of any future development works and necessary amendments to servicing and waste strategies etc.

    Proactively identifying, managing and mitigating operational risks, ensuring operational business controls are effective and that policies and procedures are clearly defined and adhered to

    Assist the Client Director in preparation of service charge reconciliation, setup and manage the budget for the site and ensure expenditure is managed within agreed budget.

    Ensure the Tenant & Community Liaison Manager has the necessary support with events, commercialisation and community initiatives, in association with the appointed Marketing Consultant.

    Ensure effective collaboration with all key stakeholders, including local authority, BID representatives and Town Centre Manager.
    Provide the highest level of service standards to client and site tenants.

    ~ Salary Range (Based on Experience)
    GBP 60,000 - GBP 70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
